Aurica is the system he built for his own auditions: the prep, the tapes, the callbacks, and the follow-ups that decide as much as the work in the room. Twenty-five years in the business is the specification. There is no second-hand version of this.
I ran my auditions out of ten apps and a notes file. I kept losing the notes from one room before the next, and I read contracts late at night, when I was tired. I built Aurica so the sides, the tapes, the notes and the contracts live in one place, and the next audition starts from the last one. I have been a working actor for twenty-five years, and this is the tool I wanted.
- One audition, start to finish, in the walkthrough on the home page: an audition email filed in the tracker, the scene prepared, and a follow-up drafted for you to review and send.
- Every product frame on the home page is a real screen of the app, labelled as sample data. The productions, names and dates in them are fictional, and none of it is a client result.
- Nothing goes out without your approval: Aurica drafts follow-ups, and you review and send them yourself, through your representative.
- Your scripts, tapes and notes stay private to your account. Other people see them only when you send a link. Aurica shares data with the service providers that run the service, and in the legal, safety and business transfer cases the privacy policy lists. Aurica does not sell your personal information.

Your Work Stays Yours
Your recordings, scripts and notes stay your intellectual property. Aurica does not claim ownership of anything you create or upload here.
Other people see your material only when you authorize it. Aurica staff may access member data only as needed to operate, support and secure the service, and do not read your work for any other reason.
When someone you have authorized, such as your representation, views your materials, that access is recorded and you can read it.
Your scripts and sides are used to give you what you asked for, such as a breakdown or rehearsal feedback, and are sent to the service providers that process that request. They are never part of the anonymized benchmarks Aurica computes: only derived numbers go in, and only when at least five members contribute.
Aurica does not train its own models on your content.
Audio you record, including self-tape audio, is sent to a provider for transcription. Scene Partner uses your voice audio for real-time scene-condition analysis, and the scene partner's lines are read aloud from text.

To get notes from a coach or your representation, you send a private review link. Nothing is shared with another person until you send it.

If you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded content is deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires longer retention: billing records, for example, are kept seven years for tax compliance.
